Our sunlit sanctuary in London is perfect for both leisure and business stays! This stylish house boasts three generously sized double bedrooms, three bathrooms and a serene study. Families with young children will appreciate the convenience of not having to bring bulky baby gear, as our home is fully equipped for them. Stay connected or work remotely, our loft conversion offers a peaceful, well-lit workspace.

The space

House is very light and airy over ~135 square metres (~1453 square feet), and there is a small paved area outside.

The neighbourhood

There is a lovely large park (West Ham Park) at the top of the road with an excellent playground, plus tennis courts and cricket nets.

House rules

As we have white stairs and light-coloured carpets it would be appreciated if shoes weren't worn inside the house. Guests are welcome to use the slippers provided if there are some that fit! :-)

If your stay includes Sunday, please ensure that the rubbish bins are moved near the gate by Sunday evening for collection the next day.

Please put heat-proof mats under any hot pan on the worktop or it will mark.

Please don’t flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets.

Please ensure all lights and extractor fans are turned off when you leave the property.

Please put back any furniture etc you move during your stay to its original location.

Feel free to help yourself to any tea, coffee, or any food, condiments etc that are in the house.

We offer flexible check-in & check-out times, however where we have guests coming or leaving the same day we may apply usual check-in times after 17:00 and check-out times before 11:00.

There is a keylock box available so collecting the key and access anytime should be possible. You will need to return the key to the keylock box when you checkout. Please provide your arrival and departure timing to agree check-in and check-out times so we can coordinate with other guests. If you stay beyond your agreed check-out time you will be liable to pay for an extra night at your average nightly price.

The cleaning fee covers cleaning and preparation of the property for your stay, as well as freshly laundered towels. Should you require additional towelling or linen please request this.

Any sort of parties, gatherings or events are strictly not permitted, the property is for accommodation purposes only for the guests staying. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise or any activity that would disturb the neighbours. If it's been reported that there are any parties or events or noise disturbance then you may be required to leave the property immediately without the remaining nights being refunded. There is a charge of £500 if any evidence of a party, gathering or event at the property have been found exclusive of any charges relating to damages or additional cleaning costs to get the property in good order again. We trust you will respect the property and neighbours during your stay.

You are required to keep the place reasonably clean & tidy - no dirty dishes left over or excessive rubbish to be disposed of as this is not included in the cleaning charge. If the place is very messy or untidy or there is excessive rubbish to be disposed of then we will need to request an extra cleaning fee.

There is a strictly no smoking policy inside or in any outside spaces (which includes garden spaces, balconies, terraces or patios) belonging to the accommodation, if this policy is not adhered to a charge of GBP 150.00 will be applied

No pets are allowed.

Lost keys, damaged keys or getting locked out will incur a charge starting from £100 for replacement depending on the type of key and time required or getting you back in the property if you have locked yourself out.

We do not accept Cash payment for any of the charges mentioned above.

Guest access

Access to the entire house except one room.

Interaction with guests

As I may be abroad during your stay, to ensure someone is always available during your stay, Veronica and her team will be looking after you, although I will also be keeping an eye on things!

Other things to note

House suits 6 adults (3 couples), but for a short stay, 2 extra children could be accommodated sharing the sofa bed, or one on the sofa bed and one in a cot. If using cot, please bring own sheets. If you need the sofa bed, please let us know in advance!

Please kindly note, there is building/loft conversion work in the neighbourhood taking place from Monday to Friday each week until the work is completed.
