This home is fantastically located, just 10 minutes walk distance to Cardiff's Millennium Stadium!

The space

Modern and stylish house. Very close to the city center (just a 10 min walk to Millennium Stadium, you can see it from the bedroom window). Nice garden space. Lots of games available for guests and a guitar. Fully kitted out kitchen (nutribullet, cocktail making equipment, mixers, cake tins, great spice selection etc), some exercise equipment available (weights, skipping rope and yoga mats).

Super-Fast WiFi, speed test results: up to 400Mbit download and 30 Mbit upload, with less then 9ms latency (adequate for multiple HD video streaming, webcam conferences and online playing at the same time).

Comfortable and Stylish space in the centre of Cardiff. This is someone's home, so it has pretty much everything you might need. A really well kitted out kitchen, lots of games in case of a rainy day (this is Wales after all) and a lovely outdoor space.

Designated workspace if you need to do any bits of work whilst away!

The neighbourhood

Amazing location with all of the best parts of Cardiff within easy walking distance. 10 minute walk to Principality stadium and the city centre. Less than 15 minute walk into Pontcanna with its quaint tree lined streets, nice restaurants and coffee shops. Cardiff castle and Bute park is less than 5 min walk.

Grocery shops. There are loads of little grocery stores nearby. The closest is a fantastic Indian grocery shop which does very good indian food as well (has a little cafe as well as shop).
If you want more chain style shops, tesco on cowbridge rd E or Sainsbury local in the centre of town are both approx 10min walk away.

Coffee and or breakfast/brunch:
Nearest good coffee shop is uncommon ground 4 min walk away.
KIN+ILK Pontcanna is a nice cafe a few mins further along cathedral road for coffee and food.
FFLOC for coffee

Restaurants:
Cowbridge road east has a wide range of restaurants and cafes.
Hard lines cafe has a chill diner type vibe. Corporation yard is a food court/bar with lots of open free eating and drinking space.

Neighbourhoood kitchen has a rotating street food vendor running the kitchen so check the website to see what they are doing and usually do some nice cocktails.

Pontcanna Market is really cute and opens mainly on the weekend. A few little stalls for jewelry etc and then fresh food stalls, bakery and coffee shop.

In the city centre there is Pasture which is a much more upmarket option and will definitely require advanced booking, but does incredible steak. La Pantera is much more casual and fun spot which does tacos and cocktails.

House rules

We offer flexible check-in & check-out times, however where we have guests coming or leaving the same day we may apply usual check-in times after 15:00 and check-out times before 11:00.

There is a keylock box available so collecting the key and access anytime should be possible. You will need to return the key to the keylock box when you checkout. We require you to provide your arrival and departure timing to agree checkin and checkout times so we can coordinate with other guests. If you stay beyond your agreed check-out time you will be liable to pay for an extra night at your average nightly price.

The cleaning fee covers cleaning and preparation of the property for your stay as well as a set of fresh linen and towelling provided for each guest. This includes one set per your stay, should you require additional towelling or linen please request this or if you have opened a fresh pack even if you use only a few items there will be a charge of £30 per pack - each pack contains fresh linen, large and small towels.

Any sort of parties, gatherings or events are strictly not permitted, the property is for accommodation purposes only for the guests staying. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise or any activity that would disturb the neighbours. If it's been reported that there are any parties or events or noise disturbance then you may be required to leave the property immediately without the remaining nights being refunded. There is a charge of £500 if any evidence of a party, gathering or event at the property have been found exclusive of any charges relating to damages or additional cleaning costs to get the property in good order again. We trust you will respect the property and neighbours during your stay.

You are required to keep the place reasonably clean & tidy - no dirty dishes left over or excessive rubbish to be disposed of as this is not included in the cleaning charge. If the place is very messy or untidy or there is excessive rubbish to be disposed of then we will need to request an extra cleaning fee.

There is a strictly no smoking policy inside or in any outside spaces (which includes garden spaces, balconies, terraces or patios) belonging to the accommodation, if this policy is not adhered to a charge of GBP 150.00 will be applied

No pets are allowed unless shown on the listing as permitted or expressly agreed with the owner.

Lost keys, damaged keys or getting locked out will incur a charge starting from £100 for replacement depending on the type of key and time required or getting you back in the property if you have locked yourself out.

We do not accept Cash payment for any of the charges mentioned above.

Once your booking is confirmed we will send you a message with details for checkin and your travel timing.

If you can always send a message as the best way to reach us as we are frequently checking the messages and we may not be able to always take your call.

Guests have access to the entire home during their stay!

Other things to note

Please be respectful of neighbours especially if outside at night time.

Some basics will be left in the kitchen, feel free to use them but if you finish anything it would be amazing if it can get replaced.

All collections are on wednesdays (general, food and recycling)
There is a small food waste bin in the kitchen and a large bin for additional bags outside the backdoor. Food waste bags and all rubbish bags are in the drawer in the kitchen to the left of the oven.
