This fantastic flat is located just off The Strand in Covent Garden. It has an open plan living area with modern appliances, a stylish bedroom, and a spacious bathroom. There is brand new furniture throughout, including a very comfortable sofa bed. The central location means you are within walking distance of major tourist attractions. This flat is perfect for a couple or small group of friends looking to be in a prime London location to enjoy everything this city has to offer!

The space

This modern flat is located in an attractive building just off The Strand in Covent Garden. It is a short walk from Charing Cross station and Covent Garden tube station. It is beautifully decorated and fitted with modern appliances and fixtures throughout. All the furniture is brand new. The apartments in this building have recently been fully refurbished and as such you will be getting an incredibly luxurious experience while being able to stay in the heart of London!

Please note: if you are a group of 4 the space will be a bit tight as there is 1 bedroom and 1 double-sized (but extremely comfortable) sofa bed in the living room. There is only wardrobe space in the bedroom.

BEDROOM AND BATHROOM
The bedroom contains a comfortable double bed and one medium sized empty wardrobe with hangers for your things. The bed will be made up for every guest using hotel quality linen. The beautiful modern bathroom is brand new and has a large walk-in shower with rainfall showerhead. Large fluffy white towels and toiletries will be provided.

LIVING AREA
This open plan living area has a gorgeous L-shaped sofa that also has a very comfortable mattress that could sleep 2 additional people (cosily). There is a TV with freeview channels and a dining table that seats 4. The modern kitchen has all basic appliances and a Nespresso which will we provide pods for.

The neighbourhood

The neighbourhood is hugely popular with both locals and tourists. There are so many things to see and do right on your doorstep that you will be spoiled for choice! For example, the flat is a stone’s throw away from numerous theatres to go and watch a show or the ballet at the Royal Opera House. You’re also within walking distance to the famous Savoy Hotel, which is known as one of the best places to have traditional English Afternoon Tea.

The flat is also within walking distance to a number of London’s major tourist attractions. This includes around a 15 minute walk to the London Eye, the Houses of Parliament and Westminster Bridge. The fantastic transport links close by also makes it very easy to get to different parts of London in a short period of time. So if you are looking for a central flat with easy access to major tourist attractions this is the place for you!

Being located in Covent Garden also means you are spoilt for choice regarding bars, restaurants and cafes to choose from. Among the many delicious restaurants and bars in the area, I would recommend Polpo, Frenchie, Clos Maggiore, Terroirs, Mr. Fogg’s Tavern, and the Blind Spot in St. Martin’s Lane hotel. You’re also very close to the famous Covent Garden markets where you can taste the delights of local produce or find a unique present.

House rules

We offer flexible check-in & check-out times, however where we have guests coming or leaving the same day we may apply check-in times after 15:00 and check-out times before 11:00.

Late check-in needs to be pre-arranged and confirmed with us at least 3 days before arrival and they are subject to the following charges for arrival between these times:
From 19:00 to 22:00 - £40
From 22:00 to 00:00 - £65
From 00:00 to 7:00 - £100

*These prices may differ during public holidays (e.g. Christmas Day the charge will be £100 and checkin has to be before 18:00 latest)
These fees need to be paid in advance and cannot be paid at the property.

If your arrival time is delayed beyond 1 hour then please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate the delay however we may need to re-arrange the check-in time or for you to collect the keys from us if we have other pre-arranged commitments.

If you stay beyond your agreed check-out time you will be liable to pay for an extra night at your average nightly price.

The cleaning fee covers cleaning and preparation of the property for your stay as well as a set of fresh linen and towelling provided for each guest. This includes one set per your stay, should you require additional towelling or linen please request this or if you have opened a


fresh pack even if you use only a few items there will be a charge of £30 per pack - each pack contains fresh linen, large and small towels.

Any sort of parties, gatherings or events are strictly not permitted, the property is for accommodation purposes only for the guests staying. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise or any activity that would disturb the neighbours. If it's been reported that there are any parties or events or noise disturbance then you may be required to leave the property immediately without the remaining nights being refunded. There is a charge of £500 if any evidence of a party, gathering or event at the property have been found exclusive of any charges relating to damages or additional cleaning costs to get the property in good order again. We trust you will respect the property and neighbours during your stay.

You are required to keep the place reasonably clean & tidy - no dirty dishes left over or excessive rubbish to be disposed of as this is not included in the cleaning charge. If the place is very messy or untidy or there is excessive rubbish to be disposed of then we will need to request an extra cleaning fee.

There is a strictly no smoking policy inside or in any outside spaces (which includes garden spaces, balconies, terraces or patios) belonging to the accommodation, if this policy is not adhered to a charge of GBP 150.00 will be applied.

No pets are allowed unless shown on the listing as permitted or expressly agreed with the owner.

Lost keys, damaged keys or getting locked out will incur a charge starting from £100 for replacement depending on the type of key and time required or getting you back in the property if you have locked yourself out.

We do not accept Cash payment for any of the charges mentioned above.
